Tiffany Brigham, a freshman on the women's track team, has been named the Wright State Student-Athlete Advisory Council's Athlete of the Month for April, it was announced at their monthly meeting Thursday morning.

Brigham (Springfield, OH/South) set two new school records as she placed second in the 100 meter dash (12.02) and fourth in the 200 meter dash (24.61) last Saturday at the Stan Lyons Invitational in Indianapolis. The 100 meter time eclipsed the previous WSU record of 12.30, set by Brigham at the All-Ohio Championships in Cincinnati on April 21.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Council holds a monthly meeting of Wright State team captains from all 16 sports along with athletic administration to discuss issues and concerns.
