Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country and three times in track for the Lancers...helped to lead Gilmour Academy to the Division III cross country state title in 2006 and Division III track state titles in 2005, 2006 and 2007...member of the 4x800 relay team that set a new record at the 2007 state meet...received All-Premier Athletic Conference and Independent School League honors all four years...named all-district three times in both cross country and track.
