Honors and Awards: Named 2008 First Team All-Horizon League at a Pitcher...was a two-time Horizon League Pitcher of the Week (4/28 and 5/5).

2008: Appeared in four games with three starts on the mound before redshirting due to injury...tossed 5.1 innings and struck out four, allowing ten runs, at #1 Texas A&M (2/20) in the season opener...threw 2.1 innings in the series opener at Tulane (2/27)...tossed 1.1 innings of relief with one walk at Tulane (3/1)...struck out one in 5.1 innings of work in his final appearance versus #17 Kent State (3/7) at the UNC-Wilmington Round Robin.

2008: Appeared in 18 games with eight starts on the mound...first nine appearances were out of the bullpen...struck out the only batter he faced at Washington State (3/2)...tossed 2.1 innings of scoreless relief against The Citadel (3/8) with six strikeouts at The Citadel Challenge...tossed five innings in relief against Valparaiso (3/21), allowing only two hits and fanning five batters...struck out two in an inning of work against Cedarville (3/25)...tossed 7.1 innings in his first career start against UIC (3/29) with five strikeouts and only three earned runs...allowed three earned runs and struck out three in 7.2 innings at Cleveland State (4/5)...tossed four innings in his shortest start of the season at Butler (4/11) with four earned runs allowed and two K's...threw a scoreless inning in relief against Xavier (4/15)...tossed back-to-back complete games against UIC (4/20) and Milwaukee (4/26)...fanned eight and didn't allow a run to the Flames (4/20)...surrendered only two runs, didn't walk a batter, and fanned six against the Panthers (4/26)...tossed seven scoreless innings at Youngstown State (5/4) with three strikeouts... surrendered two runs and struck out six in 6.2 innings against Cleveland State (5/10)...fanned two and allowed a pair of runs to NJIT (5/17)...tossed eight and one-third innings in a victory against Cleveland State (5/23) at the Horizon League Tournament with six strikeouts.

Cal-San Diego: Played one season for the Trojans...made ten appearances with four starts as a freshman...ranked second on the team in ERA with a 3.76 earned run average...posted a 3-2 record in 26.1 innings of work...struck out 18 and walked only five.
