The Raider Harriers have placed four runners on the Men's All-Conference teams and eight runners on the Women's All-Conference teams.

Cory Scheadler, Jessica Kuhr and Sonya Smith were honored with all-conference accolades multiple times during their careers.

The Men's squad placed third at the Midwestern Collegian Conference Championships in 2000. The Women's squad took third in the MCC in 1993 and again finished third at the Horizon League Championships in 2001.

Doug Peterson paced the Raiders squad in 1988, finishing third at the All-Ohio meet, leading the team to the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. The 1988 squad placed eighth at the All-Ohio meet and followed that up with a 16th place finish at the Regional.
