2008-09: Competed in all seven events...finished among top five Raiders in four meets...posted a career-best 5K time in the Queen City Invitational, clocking in at 17:32... also posted a career-best 8K time in the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing at 27:55.

2007-08: Competed in five meets during the cross country season...posted a season-best time of 17:55 at the Meijer Flyer 5K...boasted a career best time in the 8K race at the Cedarville Invitational...competed in all five meets during the outdoor track season...posted a best time of 16:50 in the 5,000 meter run at the Stan Lyons Invitational.

2006-07: Ran in all but one race...recorded top 8K time at the Greater Louisville Classic...competed unattached in 5K and 10K during track season.

Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country...named team captain during his junior and senior seasons...named All-Cross County Conference during his senior season...also lettered three times in track.
