2008-09: Competed in all seven meets...finished among the top five Raiders in four meets...posted a career-best 8K time in the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing at 27:33.

2007-08: Competed in seven meets during cross country...posted a career-best time of 17:35 in the Meijer Flyer 5K...posted a top-time in the 8K distance at the Cedarville Invitational...posted WSU's top time in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...also posted a time of 16:48 in the 5000 meter run.

2006-07: Competed in all eight meets...posted top 8K time at the Falcon Invitational...competed unattached in the steeplechase and 5K in during the outdoor track season.

Prep: Lettered all four seasons for the Warriors in cross country...selected as the team captain his senior year...garnered All-Greater Western Ohio Conference honors as a sophomore...named to the All-Southwest Dayton District Team as a senior...set PR in the 5K at 17:18...also lettered twice in track while at Wayne.
