2007-08: Competed in five meets during cross country...posted a season-best time at the Meijer Flyer 5K...posted his top finish at the Crusader Open...ran a personal best 28:32 at the Cedarville Invitational...competed in all five competitions during the outdoor track season...recorded a top time of 10:50 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships...posted a time of 36:56 in the 10,000 meter run at the All-Ohio Track & Field Championships.

Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country and twice in track for the Warriors...team captain and MVP in 2006.
