2008-09: Competed in all seven meets...finished among the top five Raiders in each meet...top Raider finisher in first four meets...ran a career-best 5K time in Flyer 5K (8/30), clocking in at 16:11...finished Queen City Invitational at 16:15...both are the best times that any active Raider has posted in a 5K event...placed fourth overall at the Friendship Invitational (9/20)...posted a career-best 8K time at the Greater Louisville Clasic (10/4), finishing at 25:48...25:48 is also tops among any active Raider in an 8K event.

2007-08: Competed in all eight meets in cross country...was named All-Horizon League Second Team in cross country...recorded the team's top time in the 5K, 8K and 10K races...named team MVP...was the top WSU finisher in six of the eight meets...posted a personal-best time of 16:40 at the Meijer Flyer 5K...placed fifth overall at the Crusader Open...posted a career-best time of 25:50 in the 8K race at the Greater Louisville Classic in finishing 11th...posted a ninth-place finish at the Horizon League Championships...ran a 33:34 in the 10K race at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional...competed in four meets during the outdoor track season...posted a personal best and the team's top time in the 1500 meter run at the Stan Lyons Invitational...recorded WSU's second-best time in the 5000 meter run at the All-Ohio Track & Field Championships.

Prep: Competed for three years in cross country...named all-district and all-city...team co-captain...selected for Most Disciplined award...also competed in soccer.

Personal: Born Isaiah Kiplagat Kessio on January 24, 1986...is the son of Paul and Esther Limo and has three brothers, Haggai, Soloman and Stephen, and four sisters, Agnes, Judith, Ruth and Wilfrida...brother Soloman runs cross country at Cincinnati.
