2007-08: Competed in five meets during the cross country season...posted a personal-best time of 18:42 at the Meijer Flyer 5K...posted an 8K time of 28:32 at the Falcon Invitational...competed at four of the five meets during the outdoor track season...posted the team's second-best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships.

Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country and twice in track for the Warriors...Second Team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference selection as a junior and senior...team captain as a senior.
