Corey Griest, formerly corporate marketing manager for the Dayton Dragons, joined the Wright State athletics department as Director of Promotions in October, 2008.

Before coming to WSU, Griest held the position of corporate marketing manager with the Dayton Dragons of the Class A Midwest League. There he was charged with design and implementation of marketing strategies for renewal and increase of season ticket sales, corporate sales and group sales. Prior to his position with the Dragons, the Wright State graduate held a similar position with the Chicago Fire of Major League Soccer.

Griest, a Raider soccer player from 2002-2005, earned his degree from Wright State in Marketing with a minor in Management. During his time at WSU as a student, he was an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, planning fund-raising events and community service.
