Agents/Advisors wishing to represent Wright State University student-athletes must register with both the State of Ohio and the Wright State University Department of Athletics prior to contacting the student-athlete(s). To initially register or to renew your registration (required annually) with the Wright State University Department of Athletics, please complete the applicable form and return it to the address below:
