Women's Tennis Falls at Detroit Mercy

The Wright State women's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision at Detroit Mercy Saturday.

The Raiders received singles win from Karoline Haller, Linsey Verstrepen, and Haily Morgan. Elaine Cloern  and Morgan notched a win in doubles play for Wright State.

Wright State (13-12, 3-4 Horizon) will return to action on Sunday as they face Oakland in Rochester, Michigan, at 1:00.

2) Linsey Verstrepen def. Marie Maitrot (UDM) 6-3, 6-3

3) Iris Thioux (UDM) def. Elaine Cloern 6-0, 6-3

4) Haily Morgan def. Nynke Van Der Goot (UDM) 2-6, 6-3, 10-7

5) Pauline Van Herck (UDM) def. Tori Turner (UDM) 6-1, 6-2

6) Ksenia Providokhina (UDM) def. Taylor Culbertson 6-1, 6-2

1) Maria Maitrot/Iris Thioux (UDM) def. Tori Turner/Taylor Culbertson 7-5
