Golf Ties for Sixth at Yestingsmeier Invitational

The Wright State golf team finished in a tie for sixth place as the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational, held at Delaware Country Club in Muncie, Indiana, concluded on Saturday.

Senior Ryan Wenzler led the way for the Raiders, finishing fifth of 85 after shooting a 211 for the tournament. Freshman Austin Schoonmaker finished tied for 18th, finishing with a 221. Senior Austin Sipe finished tied for 35th, shooting a 224.

The Raiders with return to action for the Horizon League Championships at Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, April 23-25.
