The Wright State baseball team will host four nonleague games this week at Nischwitz Stadium, taking on Xavier on Tuesday at 6:30 before facing UT Martin over the weekend on Thursday (6:30), Friday (2:00) and Saturday (1:00).

Tickets: For home games, fans can buy tickets at the gate for $5 and $3 for children 3-13 while WSU students with a valid ID will receive free admission.
Raiders: Wright State (21-8, 11-1 Horizon) had won nine straight before falling 5-2 in the final game of the series at Youngstown State on Sunday. The Raiders have outscored their Horizon League foes 83-35 in the 12 conference games so far.
WSU went 3-1 last week, defeating Toledo 4-2 at Nischwitz Stadium and then winning the first two games at Youngstown State 11-8 in 10 innings and 16-4 before dropping the finale.
On the season, Seth Gray paces the squad with a .310 batting average while Adrian Marquez leads the way with five home runs and 25 RBI. Closer Derek Hendrixson has five saves and a 0.93 earned run average while starter Danny Sexton is 6-0 with a 1.22 ERA and Zane Collins has recorded 51 strikeouts in 50.1 innings.
Xavier: The Musketeers (18-14, 1-2 Big East) began conference play last weekend by dropping two of three to Villanova on the road, falling 3-2 and 1-0 before taking the last game 10-1. Wright State and Xavier have met once already this season, with XU winning 7-4 at Hayden Field on March 21.
Conor Grammes leads Xavier with a .357 batting average while Rylan Bannon is hitting .293 with eight home runs and 21 RBI. Joe Gellenbeck has hit seven home runs and has 31 RBI.
The Musketeers host Seton Hall this weekend before both Wright State and Xavier compete in the Joe Nuxhall Classic in Cincinnati next Tuesday and Wednesday, April 18-19.
UT Martin: This weekend will be the first meeting between the Raiders and Skyhawks since March 19, 1984, with UT Martin each of the previous three encounters. UTM (12-16, 4-11 OVC) swept a three-game series against Morehead State at home last weekend and will play at Kentucky on Wednesday before coming up to Wright State.
Tyler Albright leads the offense with a .364 average and 22 RBI while Creighton Eldridge and Ryan Helgren each had five home runs. On the mound, three pitchers each have three wins, including Alex Evans, who also has three saves. Dalton Westfall, another of the three-win pitchers, has struck out 53 in 46 innings.
Up Next: Wright State travels to Marge Schott Stadium on the University of Cincinnati campus for the Joe Nuxhall Invitational April 18 and 19. The Raiders will face Miami on April 18 at 3:00 and either Cincinnati or Xavier on April 19 at a time to be determined. WSU then returns to Horizon League play with two doubleheaders over the weekend, hosting Oakland on Saturday, April 22, and going to Valparaiso on Sunday, April 23.
