The Wright State softball team dropped a 14-1 decision at #25 Ohio State on Wednesday.

The Raiders opened the scoring with a run in the first.  With one out, Macey Gunther reached on an infield single, advanced to third on a double down the left field line by Honnah Susor and scored on a wild pitch.

The Buckeyes, though, took the lead for good with nine runs in their half of the first and added five more in the third.

Wright State (6-16) returns to Horizon League play this weekend with a three-game series at Green Bay, starting with a doubleheader on Saturday, April 1, at 1:00 Eastern.
