The Wright State baseball team rallied back from a 4-1 deficit to tie the game, only to see Youngstown State score three in the eighth in recording a 7-4 win in the series finale Saturday afternoon at Nischwitz Stadium.

Kieston Greene gave WSU a quick 1-0 lead in the first with a leadoff home run to left, his fourth of the season, and it stayed that way until the Penguins tied it in the fourth on a solo home run from Marcus Heath.

Heath struck again with a three-run shot to left in the sixth to make it 4-1, only to see the Raiders come back and tie it with two in the sixth and one in the seventh.  Garrett Gray hit his third home run of the year, a solo blast to left and Michael Timm followed later in the sixth with a RBI single.  In the seventh, Greene hit a sacrifice fly to plate Beau Phillips, who had reached on an error.

Youngstown State, however, took advantage of three hit-by-pitches and an error in scoring the decisive three runs in the eighth.

Greene finished with two hits and two RBI to pace the Raider offense while Sam Picchiotti also had two hits.

Wright State (9-14, 4-5 Horizon) will host a pair of games this week at Nischwitz Stadium, taking on Otterbein on Monday, April 1, and Cincinnati on Tuesday, April 2, with both games starting at 6:30.
