The Wright State men's soccer team finished with an 18-7 shot advantage, but Niagara took advantage of its limited opportunities and remained undefeated on the season with a 3-0 decision Friday night at Alumni Field.
Niagara (4-0-3) took the lead at the 39:13 mark of the first half on a goal by Jack Welsh and extended the margin to 2-0 at the 50:02 mark of the second half as Ken Cooper wove his way through the Raider defense for a goal. Darren Cooper rounded out the scoring for the Purple Eagles with a goal at the 67:33 mark.
Wright State (2-5) continues its five-match homestand Tuesday with a 7:00 contest against Western Michigan.
