Robert Morris scored a goal midway through the first half and made it stand up for a 1-0 win over the Wright State men's soccer team Saturday night at Alumni Field.
The lone goal of the contest came at the 21:35 mark of the first half as the Colonials converted off of a turnover as Daniel Calabretta recorded the goal on a shot from the top of the box, with the assist going to Miro Cabrilo.
The Raiders had many opportunities as they outshot Robert Morris for the match 24-8, including 16-4 in the second half, but WSU could not find the back of the net as Colonial goalkeeper Toba Bolaji posted 10 saves.
Wright State (1-4) continues the five-match homestand on Tuesday, September 11, facing IUPUI at 7:00.
