Being a part of the Spirit Program is a great opportunity to make life-long friends, provide Game Day support to many sports programs and gets you prepared for "real" world scenarios as you gain valuable life skills.  Bleeding GREEN & GOLD is not an option, it's a way of life!


FALL WALK ON CLINIC INFORMATION

Date: Monday, September 15, 2014
Location: Nutter Center McLin Gym #4
Times: 630 PM - 830 PM (615 PM -- Check In)

Please download a clinic waiver and bring it with you to the clinic on Monday.  Should you be selected to participate in our programs, you must have a valid physical on file.  Refer to the Pre-Participation section.


PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EVALUATION

In order to participate in practice sessions, you must have your physician's physical completed and returned to the Trainer.  You may obtain a physical at the Physicians Building (located across from the soccer field).  The Physical Forms are located under the Related Links section on the right side of this page.

CHEER & DANCE REQUIREMENTS

WHAT TO WEAR

Attire: Any Green, Black, White or Gold t-shirt with WSU on it, shorts, gym or dance shoes

Cheer Ladies: Hair should be half up, curled with a white ribbon or bow, natural make up to included lipstick should be worn.

Dance Ladies:  BHair can be worn straight with volume or curled; natural make up to include lipstick should be worn.
