Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day
Release: Thursday 04/18/2017
by WSU Athletic Media Relations

The Wright State Athletic Department and student-athletes took part in the campus Take your Daughters and Sons to Work Day on April 6.

Boys and girls started in the main gym of the Setzer Pavilion where they interacted with the men’s basketball coaches and players about their roles before going through basketball drills.  After that, they went to the athletic training room, as they were able to see what goes on behind the scenes and tape the “injuries” of the volleyball players.

The hour-long session ended with a session by the athletic marketing team, talking about their jobs and roles with the Athletic Department.  This time was spent by brain storming to make the most of social media and marketing tips.
